Perth 2017

Meeting the country

In June 2017 I took a plane to Edinburgh to meet Dave Young from www.tencommandments.co.uk.

My plan was to lend him a hand at the Model Railway Show in Perth, one of the biggest railway shows in Scotland.

What Dave got instead: This is what you will see in this review of those days in Inverkeithing, meeting a hen called Val and a very special man called John.

( Val: I remember the word *hen* when you told us being called that way by a woman at the checkout..............that's why I use it.......... )

Scotch mountains

They really do exist!

Perth 2017

OK................mountains is a word they might not be worth of.

But I truly can admit that they got hills up there.

Valleys

Due to the fact of non-existing mountains there can't be any deep valleys of course.

The hen called Val must have had nothing in common with a VALley at all because she was dancing and hopping and moving around the whole day.
Val seems to be a hen that proofs her nickname to almost 100%.

Thanks again very much for your companionship and those lovely and remindful days whilst staying in your beautiful house Val and Dave !
When we will have breakfast at the Warley Show you will be allowed to sit right beside me, Val.

In Germany this is a very big honor..............just as if you were said to be a Dame / Knight by the British Empire.

( good to know that you can't see me laughing........... )
